Revital H Woman – Disappointing consumersÂ

Irritation, drowsiness and ache in legs. Does tiredness make your battery down by the end of the day? This question is posed by the print advt of Revital H Woman. It goes on to claim that “9/10 women felt energetic after using Revital H Womanâ€. And, that its unique formula of iron, calcium, ginseng and 12 other vitamins maintains your energy levels and keeps you mentally relaxed. We felt the claims needed to be substantiated and complained about the advt.
ASCI observed that the claim, “9/10 women felt energetic after using Revital H Woman†was based on a survey which seemed to be biased and unreliable. Hence, it concluded that the claim was inadequately substantiated and misleading. The claim was likely to lead to grave or widespread disappointment in the minds of consumers. The print advertisement contravened Chapters I.1, I.4 and I.5 of the ASCI Code. The advertiser was advised to withdraw or modify the advt.
