  • I tasted Baidyanath Chyawanprash more than 25 years ago and the quality was quite good. About five years ago we were giving Chyawanprash to our son. When I tasted it, it was nothing but a brownish-black sweet lump. We have stopped purchasing Chyawanprash. The quality has taken a nosedive with the passage of time. Media ads mislead people about its benefits and people blindly believe in them. – Sridhar Mandyam

  • I am happy to inform you that the amount of Rs. 1124 which I had paid Indiatimes Shopping for a wind chime horse has been refunded. I sincerely thank CERC for resolving the issue. The portal did not respond to my requests to send the item ordered or a refund and I had lost hopes of resolution. CERC has not just resolved my complaint but also made Indiatimes Shopping realise that it cannot ignore the consumer and has a responsibility towards the consumer and society. – Vilas Vaidya
  • Thanks to CERC, which stood by me, my problem of a defective air conditioner was resolved. CERC is a boon for all consumers who suffer when they are sold defective products by companies causing mental stress and financial loss to consumers. – Dr. Syed Zaheer Hasan
