Central Mall takes back unused jeans  Â
Return policies are a joke
Gautam Patel went with his daughter to Central Mall and purchased a few garments. On reaching home, his daughter tried the two jeans and found them tight. The next day they went to return the jeans. Since the tags were removed from the jeans the staff at the counter refused to take it for return or replacement though Gautam had the original invoice. The terms on the invoice said that goods would be exchanged only on presenting the original invoice. There was no mention of retaining the original tags. Yet, the staff at Central Mall did not agree to the return. Disheartened, Gautam approached CERS for help. After a few phone calls and mails from CERS, Central Mall agreed to take back the two jeans and issued a credit note to Gautam.
