Daikin replaces faulty 1.2 ton AC with 1.5 ton one
Mita Shah purchased a 1.2 ton Daikin AC from Alfa Trading Co in March 2018. Right from the time of installation there were problems in cooling. Mita called the technicians from Alfa thrice within two months but the problem was not solved. She called the customer care number of Daikin but no one responded. Ultimately, she contacted CERS for guidance.
CERS asked her to write a mail to Daikin Customer Care with a copy to CERS. Within 48 hours of this mail, Daikin contacted Mita. Since the 1.2 ton AC was no longer available, Daikin offered to replace Mitaâ€™s AC with a 1.5 ton AC without any extra charges. A delighted Mita thanked CERS for helping her get resolution.
â€¢ Always preserve the bill copy along with the warranty card.
â€¢ Keep a record of all complaints made and visits of technicians. This information will be useful to prove that the product was defective.
