CERS organises many workshops and seminars on critical issues as part of its education drives. The proceedings of the workshops are also published. Workshops organised include those on TRAI, Children As Consumers, Women As Consumers, Energy Efficiency, Arbitration, Electricity Regulatory Authority, Capacity Building for Consumer Groups, Investor Protection etc.
