CERC, in an interview with ABP Asmita on Analogue Paneer

CEO CERC, in an interview with ABP Asmita, spoke about Dairy Analouges, especially Analouge Paneer.

Unlike usual paneer, Analouges are made by substitution of dairy fat or protein with vegetable protein, fats and oils (mainly palm and soya oil)

This can be called Synthetic Paneer and is way cheaper than the real one. Consumers are often taken for a ride, especially by restaurants and bulk catering, at roadside stalls etc where less nutritious analogue paneer is being used without informing the Consumers.
