Smt. Anindita Mehta, CGM, CERC, delivered the Keynote Address. Smt. Pratibhaben Jain, Mayor of Ahmedabad, gave her Special Address on the occasion, and Shri Sumit Sengar, Director and Head of BIS, delivered the Welcome address.
