CERC’s Ms Meghavi Joshi conducted an informative and interactive session at Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA) on Consumer Rights and Redressal Mechanisms. The session aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of the consumer protection framework and to promote awareness about effective grievance redressal practices.
