Seeking justice, Mr. Joshi turned to the Consumer Education and Research Society (CERS), Ahmedabad. Standing firm for consumer rights, CERS intervened and pressed for accountability.
Finally, after persistent efforts, the complainant received a refund of ₹1,40,400. Though the dream trip was lost, his trust was restored.
